How to Determine What's Next in Business, When You're Lacking Clarity
Lately I've noticed a trend.
Entrepreneurs speaking out more and more about not having a plan for the new year.
Business owners not sure of their next step.
And, I'm one of them.
When looking from the outside in, it can always feel like people have it all together. That somehow, because they're making progress, that they know exactly what to do and when.
I've found this is not the case.
There is comfort in knowing that others are experiencing the same uncertainty, or lack of clarity that we might be as well. At least ,that has always been the case for my journey.
As we prepare to create life and business plans (intentions) for 2023, it's important to look at what it means to "have it all together" and to create the "perfect" business plan.
What would happen if we started the planning process by looking inward?
What would happen if we led with an intention of feeling something specific, and not hitting a specific number?
How would this impact our results, momentum, and alignment as entrepreneurs?
I'm exploring these questions and more inside episode 62 of The Brandmerry Podcast. Tune in now to this transparent, and somewhat vulnerable episode on planning.
