How to Switch On and Off When Working From Home

On a recent live video, a member of my community asked me, "How do you switch on and off from work?"

My response: put on my pajamas, hair in a bun, and pour a glass of wine. I even recorded this funny reel to show it in action.

All jokedsaside though, there is a process I follow every morning and every evening to switch on and off from work. This process has helped me not only become more focused on my projects while working, but more present with my family and friends when I'm not.

These simple strategies have a made a big difference in how I view my work time, personal time, and of course, vacation time.

When you work from home it's not always easy to separate the two, but with these tips, inside Episode 58, I hope you'll have a better structure for doing so with ease.
