I know 1:1 services can get a bad rap online.
There's this belief that it will take all of your time, it will be hard to sell, and it's not scalable. And, while some of that might be true for some people it's not something I've experienced in my entrepreneurial journey.
In fact, I've found that offering 1:1 services is a great way to create a steady stream of income and requires very little money to scale.
I've used 1:1 services (offering various packages and prices) to reach my first $100k as a business owner, and consistently generate around $80k year after year in my business.
